Garlic Spinach Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of uncooked pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
3. Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. When the pasta is done, drain and add it to the skillet with the spinach and garlic. Stir to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm. Enjoy!
