Ingredients:
- 1 cup semolina wheat flour
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cashews, chopped
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped cashews and sauté until they turn golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the semolina wheat flour and roast it until it turns golden brown and fragrant.
4. Add the chopped spinach and cilantro to the pan and sauté until the spinach wilts.
5. Season with salt and mix well.
6. Add the sautéed cashews back into the pan and stir to combine.
7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
8. Serve hot as a delicious and nutritious side dish or main course.
