Recipe Name: Spinach Semolina Cashew Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 cup semolina wheat flour
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cashews

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add cashews and sauté until lightly browned, then remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the semolina wheat flour and roast it until it turns golden brown and fragrant.
4. Add the chopped spinach and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
5. Season with salt and mix well.
6. Add the chopped cilantro and toasted cashews, stir to combine.
7. Remove from heat and serve hot as a delicious and nutritious side dish.
