Spirelli with Pesto and Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 8 ounces spirelli
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the pesto and milk and stir to combine.
5. Add the tomato and spirelli and cook until the spirelli is al dente, about 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
