Broccoli, Mushroom, and Egg Sourdough Toast

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup wild mushrooms, sliced
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the broccoli florets and mushrooms and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.

3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set, about 3 minutes.

4. Toast the sourdough bread in a toaster or toaster oven.

5. Place the toasted sourdough bread on a plate and top with the broccoli, mushrooms, and eggs.

6. Sprinkle the alfalfa sprouts over the top and serve.
