Steak and Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 leftover cold steak, cut into small cubes
- 2 eggs
- 1 croissant, cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the steak cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.

3. Add the rice and croissant cubes and cook, stirring occasionally, until the rice is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

4. Push the rice and steak to one side of the skillet and add the eggs to the other side. Cook until the eggs are scrambled, about 2 minutes.

5. Stir the eggs into the rice and steak.

6. Add the soy sauce and mustard and stir to combine.

7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
