Steak and Egg Pasta Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 steak, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the steak strips and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.
3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the eggs and cook until scrambled, about 2 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta, cooked rice, mayonnaise, and tomato sauce to the skillet.
6. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
7. Add the steak strips back to the skillet and stir to combine.
8. Serve the steak and egg pasta rice bowl warm. Enjoy!
