Steak and Sweet Potato Hash
Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 lb steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, carrots, steak, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and steak is cooked through.
4. Serve hot. Enjoy!
