Steak and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

-1 lb. steak, thinly sliced
-1/2 lb. string beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
-1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into thin slices
-1/2 lb. peas
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-1 teaspoon sesame oil
-1 teaspoon sugar
-Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the steak and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the string beans, carrots, and peas and cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar and cook, stirring, until the sauce is thickened, about 1 minute.

5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
