Steak Fajitas

Ingredients:

-1 lb sirloin steak
-1 onion, sliced
-1 cup cooked rice
-4 large tortillas
-1/2 cup guacamole
-1/4 cup sour cream
-2 eggs, lightly beaten
-1/2 cup green salsa

Instructions:

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. Add the onion to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until softened.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

5. Slice the steak into thin strips and add to the skillet. Stir to combine.

6. Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 30-45 seconds.

7. To assemble the fajitas, place a tortilla on a plate. Top with the steak and onion mixture, guacamole, sour cream, eggs, and green salsa.

8. Serve and enjoy!
