Garlic-Marinated Top Rump Steak

Ingredients:

-1 lb top rump steak
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. Place the top rump steak in a shallow dish.

2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.

3. Pour the garlic mixture over the steak, making sure to coat both sides.

4. Cover the dish and let the steak marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

5. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

6. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.

7. Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.

8. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
