Steak Tacos
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8-10 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the steak with the seasoning mixture.
4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
5. Remove the steak from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
6. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
7. To assemble the tacos, place a few slices of steak onto each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
8. Serve and enjoy!
