Stir-Fried Bitter Gourd Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 2 shallots, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 chilli, diced
- 1 bitter gourd, sliced
Instructions:
1. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the egg and scramble until cooked.
3. Add the shallots, onion, chilli, and bitter gourd. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is combined.
5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
