Stir-Fried Bok Choy with Chicken

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 pound chicken, cut into small cubes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 heads bok choy, washed and sliced

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, sriracha, and sesame oil.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken and onion. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the bok choy and the sauce mixture to the skillet and stir to combine.

4. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the bok choy is tender.

5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
