Stir-Fried Cabbage and Pork
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 Japanese white radish, julienned
- 1/2 pound pork, thinly sliced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the cabbage and radish and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add the pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
5. Push the ingredients to the side of the pan and add the egg. Scramble the egg and mix it with the other ingredients.
6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
