Stir-Fried Cabbage and Rice

Ingredients:

-1 head of cabbage, shredded
-1 bell pepper, diced
-1 cup of cooked rice
-2 tablespoons of tahini
-2 tablespoons of soya sauce

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.

2. Add the bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the cabbage and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Add the tahini and soya sauce and stir to combine.

6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
