Make Stir-Fried Chicken and Pakchoi
Stir-Fried Chicken and Pakchoi
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 head pakchoi, chopped
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and pakchoi and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the eggs and stir until just cooked.
5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce and stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
