Stir-Fried Chicken and Rice with Napa Cabbage
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups shredded napa cabbage
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the napa cabbage and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
6. Pour in the egg and stir to combine.
7. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the egg is cooked through.
9. Serve hot. Enjoy!
