Stir-Fried Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients:

-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1 onion, chopped
-2 carrots, chopped
-1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
-1/2 head Chinese cabbage, chopped
-1/2 head cabbage, chopped
-1/2 cup bean sprouts
-1/2 block firm tofu, cubed
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-2 tablespoons sesame oil

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and carrots and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the Chinese cabbage, cabbage, bean sprouts, and tofu and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve hot.
