Stir-Fried Chicken with Basil and Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
3. Add the cabbage, carrots, garlic, and basil to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
