Stir-Fried Chicken with Oyster Sauce and Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken strips and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the mushrooms and garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil and stir to combine.
5. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Remove from heat and stir in the cilantro.
7. Serve over steamed rice. Enjoy!
