Stir-Fried Chicken with Peppers, Onions, and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1 red pepper, seeded and sliced

- 1 green pepper, seeded and sliced

- 1 onion, sliced

- 1 cup sliced mushrooms

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the peppers, onion, mushrooms, and garlic and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and cook for another minute.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
