Make Stir-Fried Chicken with Potatoes, Mushrooms, and Cauliflower

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat some oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the marinated chicken pieces and stir-fry until they are cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
4. In the same wok, add a little more oil if needed and stir-fry the diced potatoes until they are slightly browned and cooked through.
5. Add the sliced mushrooms and cauliflower florets to the wok and continue to stir-fry until they are tender.
6. Return the cooked chicken to the wok and mix everything together.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Stir-fry everything together for another minute or two until well combined.
