Stir-Fried Egg and Chicken with Cabbage

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the cabbage and garlic and cook until the cabbage is wilted, about 3 minutes.

4. Push the chicken and cabbage to one side of the skillet.

5. Crack the eggs into the empty side of the skillet and scramble until cooked through.

6. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.

7. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

8. Serve hot.
