Stir-Fried Garlic Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
3. Add the bell peppers and carrots and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
4. Add the oyster sauce and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
5. Serve the stir-fried vegetables hot. Enjoy!
