Recipe Name: Stir-Fried Ginger Cabbage

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- Handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add minced garlic and sliced onions, cook for another 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent.
4. Add shredded cabbage and sliced green pepper to the pan, stir well to combine.
5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top before serving.
