Make Stir-Fried Pechay Noodles
Stir-Fried Pechay Noodles
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups pechay, chopped
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 cups cooked noodles
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onion and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
3. Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add pechay and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
6. Add the cooked noodles and stir to combine.
7. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are heated through.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
