Recipe Name: Stir-Fried Pork and Shrimp with Napa Cabbage and Corn

Ingredients:
- 200g pork, thinly sliced
- 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 small napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 ear of corn, kernels removed
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil

Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced pork and shrimp, and cook until they are almost cooked through.
4. Add the chopped napa cabbage and corn kernels, and stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
5. Push the ingredients to the side of the wok, and add a little more oil in the center.
6. Add the cooked rice to the center of the wok, breaking up any clumps.
7. Drizzle the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the rice, and mix everything together.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Continue to stir-fry everything together until well combined and heated through.
10. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious stir-fried pork and shrimp with napa cabbage and corn!
