Stir-Fried Pork with Celery
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces pork, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the pork and cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for an additional minute.
4. Add the celery and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
