Stir-Fried Pork with Garlic and Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. pork, cut into thin strips
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the pork strips and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and lemon juice and stir to combine.
4. Cook, stirring, until the sauce is thick and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
5. Season with freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
6. Serve hot over steamed rice. Enjoy!
