Ingredients:
- 250g pork, thinly sliced
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, marinate the pork slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the marinated pork slices and stir-fry until the pork is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Add the sliced green bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the peppers are slightly tender but still crisp.
6. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
