Ingredients:
- 200g pork, thinly sliced
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup seaweed, soaked and chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 cup mixed greens (such as spinach or kale)
- 1 cup bean sprouts

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the marinated pork until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add the corn kernels and seaweed. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the corn is slightly caramelized.
4. Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Push the corn mixture to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
6. Add the celery, mixed greens, and bean sprouts to the pan. Stir-fry everything together for a couple of minutes until the vegetables are slightly wilted.
7. Return the cooked pork to the pan and mix everything together.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
