Stir-Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 lb. cooked meat, diced
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add peppers and carrots and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add cooked meat and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Add cooked rice and stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
