Stir-Fried Rice with Bacon and Spam

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1 can Spam, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 package frozen dumplings
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 packages ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook until crisp, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the Spam and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.

3. Push the bacon and Spam to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, about 2 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice, pasta, and vegetables to the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Add the frozen dumplings and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.

6. Add the oyster sauce, vinegar, ramen noodles, and butter. Stir to combine and cook until the noodles are cooked through, about 5 minutes.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
