Stir-Fried Rice with Carrots and Meat

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef or pork
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the ground beef or pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the carrots and garlic and cook until the carrots are tender, about 3 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.

6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

7. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
