Make Stir-Fried Vegetables
Stir-Fried Vegetables
Ingredients:
-1 bunch of asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
-2 carrots, cut into thin slices
-1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
-3 cloves of garlic, minced
-3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
-1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add the asparagus, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
4. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and red pepper flakes and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
