Make Stir-Fried Vegetables with Oyster Sauce

Recipe: Stir-Fried Vegetables with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the oyster sauce and soy sauce. Set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
5. Pour the oyster sauce mixture over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
8. Remove from heat and serve hot as a delicious side dish or over steamed rice.
