Strawberry Mascarpone Honey Toast

Ingredients:

-4 slices of thick-cut bread
-1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
-1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
-2 tablespoons honey
-1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

3. Place the bread slices, butter-side down, in the skillet.

4. Spread the mascarpone cheese on the other side of each slice of bread.

5. Top each slice of bread with the diced strawberries.

6. Drizzle honey over the top of the strawberries.

7. Cook the toast for 2-3 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

8. Serve the toast warm. Enjoy!
