Make Stuffed Bell Peppers

Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 lb minced meat
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Place the peppers in a baking dish.

3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, minced meat, onion, garlic powder, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

4. Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture.

5. Pour the tomato sauce over the stuffed peppers.

6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the peppers.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.

8. Serve and enjoy!
