Stuffed Bell Peppers with Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound of chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup of uncooked white rice
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds and membranes. Place the bell peppers in a baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, uncooked white rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
4. Stuff the bell peppers with the chicken and rice mixture.
5. Pour the remaining chicken broth into the baking dish.
6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
7. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
8. Serve and enjoy!
