Recipe: Stuffed Bell Peppers with Cream Cheese and Ground Beef

Ingredients:
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and well combined with the beef mixture.
5. Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and cream cheese mixture.
6. Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
