Ingredients:
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup of rice
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup of Cremefine (or heavy cream)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.
3. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
4. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and salt to taste. Cook until the onion is soft.
5. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, ground beef mixture, eggs, diced tomato, and Cremefine.
6. Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the bell peppers are tender.
