Make Stuffed Bell Peppers with Tomato and Egg
Recipe: Stuffed Bell Peppers with Tomato and Egg
Ingredients:
- 4 bell peppers
- 4 eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
3. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
4. Crack an egg into each bell pepper.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes on top of the eggs.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Place the stuffed bell peppers on a baking dish.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!
