Make Stuffed Paratha Burger

Ingredients:
- Frozen parathas
- Mushrooms
- Chicken

- Turmeric
- Honey
- Garlic paste

Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, turmeric, honey, garlic paste, red pepper powder, and dried herbs. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
2. Cook the marinated chicken in a pan until fully cooked. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms with garlic paste, salt, and pepper until they are cooked and slightly browned. Set aside.
4. Boil and mash the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of milk to make creamy mashed potatoes.
5. Cut the bell peppers into strips and sauté them in a pan until slightly charred. Set aside.
6. Cut the avocados, tomatoes, and lemons into slices.
7. Cook the frozen parathas according to package instructions.
8. Assemble the burger: Spread cream cheese on one side of the paratha, then layer with cooked chicken, sautéed mushrooms, mashed potatoes, bell pepper strips, avocado slices, tomato slices, and pickled jalapeños.
9. Top with another paratha spread with mayonnaise, burger sauce, ketchup, piri piri sauce, and Dijon mustard.
10. Serve the stuffed paratha burger with a side of cheese slices, bread, and a refreshing lemonade.
