Make Stuffed Paratha Sandwich
Recipe Name: Stuffed Paratha Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 4 frozen parathas
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp red pepper powder
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tsp dried herbs
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 eggs
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Pickled jalapeños
- Burger sauce
- 8 slices roasted chicken deli meat
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 cheese slices
- 8 slices of bread
Instructions:
1. Heat a pan and cook the frozen parathas according to package instructions. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, sauté the mushrooms until they are cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, mashed potatoes, salt, pepper, turmeric, honey, garlic paste, red pepper powder, chili flakes, and dried herbs. Set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper to make scrambled eggs. Set aside.
5. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise until well combined.
6. To assemble the sandwich, spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each bread slice.
7. Place a paratha on a plate and spread a layer of the chicken-potato mixture on top.
8. Top with a slice of cheese, scrambled eggs, sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, avocado, tomatoes, pickled jalapeños, and roasted chicken deli meat.
9. Drizzle some burger sauce and lemon juice on top.
10. Cover with another paratha and press gently to seal the sandwich.
11. Heat a pan and toast the sandwich on both sides until the cheese melts and the bread is crispy.
12. Serve hot with a side of milk or your favorite beverage.
