Stuffed Peppers with Chicken


- 4 bell peppers
- 1 lb. chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds. Place the peppers in a baking dish.

3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, tomatoes, rice, cheese, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

4. Stuff the peppers with the chicken mixture.

5. Bake the peppers for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.

6. Serve and enjoy!
