Coconut Cake

Ingredients:

-1 cup of coconut milk
-2 cups of flour
-3 eggs
-1 cup of sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, flour, eggs, and sugar until well combined.

3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

4. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

5. Serve the cake with your favorite topping and enjoy!
