Caramel Corn
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup corn syrup
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/4 cup butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine corn syrup, sugar, and butter.
3. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
6. Spread popcorn onto a baking sheet and pour caramel mixture over popcorn.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
