Recipe: Summer Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup corn
- 8 oz pasta
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup dill, chopped
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup white cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup remoulade
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the peas, corn, parsley, dill, cucumber, white cabbage, and iceberg lettuce.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the remoulade, milk, yogurt, and lime juice to make the dressing.
4. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to combine.
5. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and gently mix everything together.
6. Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing summer pasta salad!
