Make Summer Vegetable Pasta Salad
Recipe: Summer Vegetable Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup corn
- 8 oz pasta
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup shredded white cabbage
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peas, corn, parsley, dill, cucumber, white cabbage, and iceberg lettuce.
3. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and toss everything together until well combined.
4. Serve the summer vegetable pasta salad chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
